Event Details

We know what we need to do, but how are we going to do it? With challenges such as climate change, limited resources, and rising populations, it's inevitable that our leaders, organization, and businesses must evolve with sustainability in mind. However, transformation is never easy.

To acknowledge Foresight's eighth year, three experts lead a frank discussion on what it will take to create a more resilient future. This Green Drinks anniversary edition features a special format: Peter Nicholson in the hotseat - and panelists in control of the mike.

Will tears, chaos, or enlightenment ensue? Come for an entertaining presentation and leave with insider perspective from the experts that will show you what's next.

Panelists
Doug Farr, President and CEO, Farr Associates

Sarah Elizabeth Ippel, Founder & Executive Director, Academy for Global Citizenship

Dennis Salazar, President and co-Founder, Salazar Packaging

Special Guest MC

Featured Nonprofit
Friends of the Chicago River is the only organization solely dedicated to the Chicago River. Friends’ work spans the entire 156-mile Chicago River system and its surrounding watershed. Since 1979, Friends has been working to improve the health of the Chicago River for the benefit of people and wildlife and by doing so, has laid the foundation for the river to be a beautiful, continuous, easily accessible corridor of open space in the Chicago region.

At Green Drinks, meet John Quail to hear how you can support their efforts to make the river both ecologically healthy and a catalyst for community revitalization.
